Account Deletion Notice

Before you cancel your Camel account, please thoroughly read, understand, and agree to the following terms.

Canceling your Camel account is an irreversible action. Besides information you have authorized to be provided to third parties, after canceling your account, you will be unable to use this Camel account again or retrieve any content or information you browsed, followed, added, or connected (even if you register again and use Camel with the same phone number).

How to cancellation an account: Please ensure that the account is in a secure state, there are no assets or virtual rights in the account, and there are no unresolved disputes. If you still need to delete the account after confirming the above situations, please click [My] - [Settings] - [Delete Account], and refer to the relevant terms for the deletion process.

Account Deletion Notice: Camel account refers to the credentials created by you according to the user agreement of Camel, which allow you to log in and use the "Camel"software and related services as a registered user.; Please ensure that the Camel account you are applying to delete was created by you and provided to you by this company. You should follow the procedures established by this company or the instructions on the app to delete the Camel account.; It is recommended that you back up all information related to the Camel account before deleting it, and ensure that all services associated with this Camel account have been properly handled. After the deletion is completed, Camel will delete your personal information or anonymize it.; 1.We deeply regret your decision to cancel your Camel account. If you still choose to proceed with the account cancellation, your account must also meet the following conditions:

1.1 Account is in a secure state:
1.1.1 The account is in normal use and has no record of any account restrictions within the last 30 days, with no risks of theft, violations, or bans.
1.1.2 If there has been any activity such as binding a phone number, changing the phone number, modifying the password, or recovering the password within the last 30 days, identity verification is required first.

1.2 Account property has been settled, transactions are completed:
1.2.1 All transactions under the account group have been completed or voluntarily relinquished;

1.3 The account has no disputes, including complaints or reports, all services (including applying for authentication, real-name change, etc.) have been completed or voluntarily abandoned.; 2. After canceling your Camel account, you will be unable to log in or use this Camel account on the "Camel" software and other third-party services. You also won't be able to retrieve any content or information within this Camel account or associated with the account, including but not limited to:

2.1 Personal identity information, account information, Camel friend relationships, and other submitted information.
2.2 Published likes, favorites, and other content data.
2.3 Obtained certified identity.
2.4 The records related to the use, authorized login, or binding of Camel or third-party services through this Camel account cannot be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in or use the aforementioned services. Any assets or virtual rights of property interests obtained through the above services will be considered as voluntarily waived by you, and you will be unable to continue using them. You understand and agree that Camel cannot help you recover the mentioned services.
Please confirm that there are no assets or virtual rights within the account. Any assets or virtual property interests obtained before the completion of the cancellation process will be considered as voluntarily waived by you, and you will be unable to continue withdrawing, using, or disposing of them. You understand and agree that you will relinquish all assets or rights associated with the account (including generated but unused or expected future earnings). Camel cannot assist you in restoring the mentioned services, nor can it retrieve any content or information related to the account.; 3. During the period when your Camel account is being deactivated, if your account is blocked or involved in disputes, including but not limited to: complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc., you understand and agree that Camel has the right to decide whether to terminate the deactivation of this account without needing your additional consent.; 4. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect or discover that the same real-name information account exists or may exist in repeated registrations and deactivations to obtain illegal benefits in marketing activities, engage in malicious traffic diversion, or commit fraud and other illegal acts, the company has the authority to restrict the deactivation application frequency of the relevant account and take measures to restrict some or all functions of the account as appropriate.; 5. Deactivating your Camel account does not mean that the account's actions and related responsibilities before deactivation are exempted or reduced.
