User Registration Agreement

1.1 To the owner/operator of Camel APP, Camel will provide internet and mobile internet services (“Network Service”) according to the service terms and operational rules. Camel based on the actual situation provide specific web services content, including but not limited to Camel's news contributor services, game services and others.
1.2 Once you successfully registered as user, you will receive a Camel account, you must take the responsibility of your own account in every activity and event. If you make a mistake and fail to control your account, this causes will back to your own responsibilities, the user shall be responsible for all damage caused to Camel or to a third party. 1.3 User has to log into Camel by your own account.
1.4 User understand and accept, Camel only provide related network services, in addition, users are fully responsible for use of any related network services device (Example: Personal Computer, Cell Phone, and other systems or networks that access to internet/mobile internet services) and required charges (For example, pay for phone bill and internet fees when access to internet, pay for phone bill while using mobile internet).

2.1 User must provide sufficient personal information when apply for Camel's web services usage, users are entitled to update time to time if there's any information changes. Users are entirely responsible to ensure that all of the information is true.
2.2 User shall not transfer account, lend or any form that beyond user's control to other person. You shall notify Camel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or any other breach of security. The hacker acts or you fail to keep your account secure and confidential, Camel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
2.3 User may be held liable for losses under own registered account, Camel will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by users or third-party.
2.4 User understand and accept all the services provided by Camel including advertisement, you agree to display ads provided by Camel, a third party or partners in connection with user's use of the network services.
2.5 User has to comply the principle below while using Camel's network services:
2.5.1 Comply with network services agreement, rules and orders;
2.5.2 Do not allow misuse when using Camel's network services system;
2.5.3 Do not allow make use of Camel's network services system to perform any activities which affect the operations of internet or mobile internet;
2.5.4 Do not allow to make use of Camel's network services to upload, publish or spread any false, harassing, aspersion, threatening, vulgar obscene, or other unlawful materials and information;
2.5.5 Do not allow to infringe upon the rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation or other legal rights of Camel and any third party;
2.5.6 Do not allow to make use of Camel's network services system to perform any actions made of brought against Camel;
2.5.7 You shall notify Camel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account/password, and any other breach of security.
2.6 If there is a breach occurs when user is using network services, Camel or authorized person has the right to request user to amend or directly take action (including but not limited to amend or delete user's content and etc, suspend or disable a user by using network services) to reduce the impacts of illegal acts.

3.1 In view of the particularity of network services, user agree that Camel reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to change, discontinue or terminate part of or all of the network services without notify user, also will not be responsible to any user or any third party.
3.2 User understand, Camel has to provide network services platform regularly or irregularly (For example, internet app, mobile internet and etc) or any related device to conduct maintenance checks or protection, if the situation indicate an interruption in network services within a reasonable time, Camel will not responsible for this, but Camel will give an advance notice.
3.3 If any of the below situation occurs, Camel has the right to discontinue or stop user and provide the (AGREEMENT) network services anytime (including network service charges) also do not need to responsible to user or any third party:
3.3.1 User provides false or inaccurate personal information;
3.3.2 User against the law to violate the usage rules of the (AGREEMENT).

4.1 Camel provides network services which include any text, photographs, graphics, audios and videos materials are subject to copyright, trademark or other law protection, without authority permission, the information mentioned above is not entitled to use for any business purpose.
4.2 Camel provides network services and rights of any software tools used (including but not limited to any image, pictures, animation, video recordings, audio recordings, songs, text and attached orders and helpful materials) are belongs to the copyright person, without any permission of the copyright owner, user shall not use software to perform reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble.

5.1 Protect user's privacy is one of the basic policies in Camel, Camel ensure to keep strictly confidential and shall not disclose user's registered information and the content collection while using our network services with other individuals or organizations, except the situations below:
5.1.1 To get user's explicit authorization;
5.1.2 According to the statutory law;
5.1.3 According to the request of government departments;
5.1.4 To protect public interest;
5.1.5 To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Camel.
5.2 Camel may have a collaboration with third parties and to provide users related network services, in this situation, if third party agree to undertake the responsible for equal protection of user's privacy with Camel, Camel has the right to provide user's registered information to the third party.
5.3 Disclosure of user's personal information, Camel has the right to analyze the entire user's data and use it for business purpose.
5.4 Camel stipulate the 4 rights to privacy protections below, guide us on how to solve the product that involve user's privacy and information problems:
（1） Make use of the collected information to provide a good value of products and services for users;
（2） Develop products that is in accordance with privacy rights and convention;
（3） Transparent about the gathered personal information by a third party supervision;
（4） Well equipped to protect the information.

6.1 Camel does not promise that the network services can fulfill the demand of users, also does not promise that the service won't be interrupted, the timeliness, security and accuracy.
6.2 Camel do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links to provide convenience to the user. At the same time, any content page on any of such external links pointing that is not under Camel control, Camel will not accept any responbility.
6.3 Regarding about the cause of telecommunications system or internet network error, computer breakdown or virus, information corruption or lost, computer system issue or any other reason that cause loss, Camel will not accept any responsible, but will strive to reduce the spread of effect of a loss to user.

In the event of any dispute with respect to either caused by or performance of this agreement, the parties shall resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations; when the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to Kuala Lumpur Arbitration Committee in accordance with its arbitration rules; and shall be final and binding on all parties.

8.1 Camel is an online news service.
8.2 If you are 18 years of age (or legal age in your country/region), you can purchase virtual currency (elecoin) only through recharging. You can use virtual currency to access premium news content and related services.
8.3 The price of elecoin is visible at point of purchase. All fees and payments of elecoin will be conducted in the currency specified at the time of purchase through relevant payment mechanism. Currency exchange settlements, foreign transaction costs and payment channel costs (if any) are based on the agreement between you and the applicable payment provider.
8.4 There is no using deadline to your elecoin.
8.5 You will be responsible for paying for any expenses you purchase elecoin. When the transaction is complete, elecoin will be paid into your account. You can purchase premium news content with elecoin, however, it can not be exchanged for cash, legal tender, currency in any states, regions or political entity and any other forms of credit. Elecoin can be used not only on Camel but also as part of our service. Moreover it can not be used in combination with our designated other offers, coupons, discounts and special promotions.

The sale of all elecoin is final unless otherwise specified in this agreement. We do not provide any refund for the purchase of elecoin. Elecoin and purchased news content cannot be exchanged for cash by us for any reasons, neither returned nor reimbursed.

10.1 If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, or violate the law for any reason, the provision shall be deemed to be removed, but the remaining provisions of this agreement shall still be valid and binding.
10.2 Camel reserves the right, at its discretion to change or adjust the agreement according to the changes in laws and regulations and the company operation needs and strategy, with no need to inform you thereof individually. The modified agreement will be announced at Camel's app. User may check the latest service agreement provisions via Camel's app. In the event of any conflict, the latest written agreement shall prevail. If any party does not agree to the agreement modification, user has the rights to stop using the network services. If user continue to use the services shall be deemed to agree all of the changes of the agreement that made by Camel.
10.3 Camel reserves the right of final explanation and changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
